My husband and I have rented from Christy’s on Copper Mountain twice this year and we have to say the staff is amazing! We are always greeted with such friendliness. The guys are so helpful they just make our skiing experience even better.

We were a group of 6 skiers that rented skis from Christy Sports for a week in January at Copper Mountain (East Village). We pre-reserved on-line to save a little money, and our reservations were correctly waiting for us when we arrived. The staff was very attentive to our ability level and wishes for particular skis. We were fitted with our rentals and were out the door in an appropriate amount of time.
That above is very positive, but that's not why I sent this feedback e-mail.
There were 2 experiences that are note-worthy of a response. Both were very positive experiences with your ski shop.
One of the guys in our party had his rental skis stolen from an on-mountain lodge one morning during a quick break. This was not at the base, but at a lodge up the mountain. He called Christy Sports, and they said that this happens all the time, and for him to come to the shop and he'll be set up with new skis. After downloading a few lifts and a quick ride on the ski patrol's snowmobile and a shuttle ride, he made his way back to Christy Sports. He explained his situation, and they easily provided him with a replacement set of skis at no charge. Other than a few lost hours of skiing, he was back to the slopes in record time. He said the Christy rental employees could not have been nicer.
The 2nd story has to do with one of the guys in our group who had a dropped ski pole that was irretrievable (under lift loading area). He went back to Christy Sports and was handed a new pole with no questions asked.
Because of these 2 experiences, we will only rent from Christy Sports locations during future Colorado ski trips. The equipment was great, the prices were reasonable (keep the coupons and on-line discounts coming, though!) but the most important part of your company is your employees and their "can-do" attitude regarding correcting their customers' problems in the fastest and friendliest way possible.

My ski package rental experience was really good, the guys at the store at Copper
We're very helpful & friendly. The equipment was great, didn't have any problems.
I would definitely use Christy Sports again.

Just to say that we found the rental service at Copper Mountain excellent.
Very friendly, good equipment at a reasonable price and helpful staff. Well stocked shop - good value.
The only downside was that we had to get on the bus from Centre Village to East Village, where we
were staying, in order to pick up and drop off the skis.
Most of the other rental stores were in the centre.

Y’all were about half the price of Copper Mountain rentals. I already wondered why anyone would rent there, but the guys at your shop in the East Village were so nice, fun, helpful and laid-back that it was actually enjoyable getting and returning the skis. And, they even offered us some homemade cookies! You can’t beat that. I won’t even look anywhere else next time I need to rent skis (or buy glove liners, hats and scarves, like we did this time)!

Well this is the 25th or 26th time in the last 24 years I have rented from you. I will say the boots fit and felt better this year. We usually have to return for at least 1 pair in our group but not this year. The service as always is quick and friendly. So the only suggestion I have is just keep doing what you’re doing and rotating equipment.
