Dear Christy Sports,
I just wanted to say thank you for all of the great customer service that my wife & I received from the staff at your Frisco, CO location! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We made our reservation for rentals online, and they had our gear ready for us when we walked in the door. They also informed us about discounted lift tickets available for purchase in the store and even suggested a few restaurants to try while in town (Breckenridge). We will definitely be renting from
Christy Sports next time we go skiing, and we'll tell our friends to do the same thing!

I recently rented skis from the Frisco location and was very pleased with the customer service. I then returned them on my last day at Beaver Creek. The option to return the equipment at other locations is extremely convenient. The staff at the Beaver Creek store was very pleasant as well.

Hello! I think often companies only receive negative feedback. I'm here to offer positive feedback because I think that's just as important!
We reserved our skies through the 800 number and the customer service person was really helpful. She let us know the deals available and made good recommendations.
We rented our equipment at the Frisco store, and they were great too! We had a large, noisy group of kids and adults (5 total), and they took everything in stride, worked with big smiles and enthusiasm, and echoed our own excitement about our trip!
Unfortunately, we forgot to pick up our kids' helmets at the Frisco store, and the Copper location got us helmets very easily, and without hassle.
Overall, we really had a fantastic experience and will definitely use Christy Sports in the future.

I had a very nice experience renting from Christy in Frisco. We always prefer the Frisco location
to the one in Denver. I was also soooo happy that they were able to hold my purse and wallet
(which i forgot in the store) for me until i came back for it a few days later.
