My son and I rented for three days last week and I just want to let
you know how good your staff was. Very attentive and knowledgeable.
I have been to many ski shops where I was helped by kids who wanted to be anywhere but there, working. This was a very nice change. I would gladly rent from Christy Sports again.

Hi – spent the days from Feb. 3 through Feb. 7 at Steamboat and as I mentioned to Chuck O'Connell when I made the reservation, I hadn't been on skis in 30 years. He recommended the demo package, which I did rent at Gondola Square, and I was delighted. Muscle memory seems to work, I could walk after the first day, and aside from the fact that the snow was thinner than folks wanted, it was a great way to get back on the snow. The rental itself was excellent in every way. Price was good, service and friendly tips from staff were extraordinary, and when I ran into Chuck on my way up to pick up my skis he went out of his way to make me feel welcome. I plan to come back next season and I'll use Christy Sports and get in touch with Chuck again. Thanks for helping me out!

I did want to let you know how great your team was at gondola square! They took the time to get my son and I fitted correctly, and a couple of the guys learned my son’s name which really was nice. I swapped boots one day and skis another all without a fuss.

I'll continue to rent from the location, thank you all.

Rented at Steamboat (gondola) - guys were great! Santi kept our kids entertained while we waited. Had to swap gear and had no hassles. Have rented from you in the past and will again in the future! Thanks for making our trip so easy! :)

Last week we vacationed in Steamboat Springs, Co. We had a fabulous vacation! While doing research prior to the trip I was extremely pleased with your customer service over the phone; it far exceeded the other two vendors I called. Once at the rental shop we were received with pleasant and helpful service. We have rented from you in years past and will continue to do so! Thank you for your continued standard of excellent customer service!!

We had a group of 5 guys and all 5 rented skis and one rented boots. The staff at the Gondola Square Store #52 were great! They were very helpful and advised us about the free ski storage, which we used. If we return we will definitely rent from that store again!

The staff is SO friendly and accommodating. It's refreshing to have people that are willing to work with you. I want to quit my stupid full time office job and work at Christy. It looks like everyone's having a great time!

I had a great week at Steamboat. Gondola square location is great. The elevator was wonderful feature. Cost is, of course, key.

I have been renting skis from Christy Sports for the past 7 years and never had any problems at all until this year. I made reservations several days in advance and when I got to the store in Steamboat Gondola Square, they did not have the size of skis needed nor the size of boots. I changed them next day or two days after. The staff is very professional and diligent. Beside that situation I have no other complain. Keep it up.

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) and we rented demo skis and children's boots from Christy Sports in Steamboat's Gondola Square last week. The service we received at all levels was exceptional - there was always someone waiting to help you get your boots on/off and take your skis from you at the end of the day and always a cheery smile and a "how was your day". We had a problem with my daughter 's boots which caused her "shin bang" ? After a couple of days (she could hardly walk and missed a days skiing as a result) . A huge effort was made to refit her with the top boot fitter and as a result she had the most comfortable boots ever and now know what to ask for in future. We were given a free pair of a particular type of socks to help her. Mistakes happen but all can be forgiven if the recovery is good and it certainly was in this case.

The snow conditions weren't great with rocks exposed and such like and we were worried about damaging the expensive demo skis ...but the attitude was "you go out and have fun and we will worry about the skis - we can fix them up!

I have to say that if there is a Christy Sports around at a resort I wouldn't go anywhere else. No-one else comes close when it comes to first class service with a smile.
