Sierra Nevada, Spain

Sierra Nevada is a ski resort in southeastern Spain, not far from the Mediterranean Sea. It is a fantastic destination if you want to split your holiday between the warm beaches of the Mediterranean and the snowy Sierra Nevada mountain range, since the ski station is only about 100km from the coast. The mountain offers access to 100km of pistes, all above tree-line – providing spectacular views of the mountain range.
